We had a great experience with Koala Insulation. Before the installation, I was able to ask a ton of questions and get real answers. The install crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves which is a very big deal to me.My house definitely feels warmer, and based on Pepco's daily usage + temperature history, I'm consuming about 30-40% less energy to heat my home than before. This can be kind of a wiggly number, since your electric bill includes some charges that don't scale with consumption and there's consumption unrelated to heating, so I'm not expecting a 40% decrease in my Pepco bill (although that would be delightful) but we are definitely using less electricity even though it's a lot colder than before our project, and I do expect my Pepco bill to be a bit calmer when it comes in.Would definitely recommend Koala for anyone looking to upgrade their insulation!

Start to finish, Koala DC was professional and listened to exactly what I wanted. They did.a great job air sealing and insulating my house, and the comfort was immediately evident! No more furnace running constantly and now there are much more even temperatures throughout the house. Highly Recommended.

We hired Koala Insulation of DC to spray foam our attic as part of a home renovation, and I honestly couldnt be happier with the decision.
