Interior Design
I like the furniture that was suggested and what was ordered. I had to pay people to put items together or my boyfriend helped out. I wish there would have been better communication regarding when things would arrive and status updates. In addition just to let me know I would have to setup everything myself. I was a bit disappointed that I was not able to get any decor due to mis-budgeting, even though I was told they would be ordered the week prior. Im not sure how the discounts worked that are mentioned in the service provided., I didn't seem to recieve any discounts on furniture or shipping services. Overall my experience was Ok and the style of my place is great. I just felt a bit mislead.

I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience with TheLuxDecor was awesome, I had to share 😁. Kathy’s attention to detail is very remarkable. She really listens to you and that’s how she’s able to come up with great ideas that cater to your personality and your taste rather than some generic one size fits all design. I will definitely choose her again for my interior designing needs in the future. The quality of her service is impeccable and the level of her creativity blows my mind. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have competitive pricing. This is done intentionally so clients don’t break the bank in the home design project. We offer discounts you can’t refuse. We also have monthly promotion deals that we encourage clients to take advantage of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?3 step process: 1- consultation: get to know client’s taste and desired look 2- acquisition: acquire items needed 3- installation : put the design together and complete work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m actually a lawyer by training. My educational background is law. But I love interior design so much that I took courses to better myself in order to be able to offer professional services. I do this because it’s my passion and what excites me. It comes natural to me.
