He was very professional and gave a reasonable estimate and that’s why I chose him for the job. He came in on time did a professional excellent job and I’m very satisfied. I would use him again for any other paint job that I need done.

I think the appropriate rating would be 4.5, but if I have to choose a 4 or 5, you have to round up, no? I am so pleased with the work done, particularly the smoothness done through skimming. The crew are truly skilled. They worked very hard to please me. I wish I had taken before photos, because it was abysmal. It looks like a new house now. Miquel's English is imperfect but we managed to communicate sufficiently. I'm sure he understood my smile, though, as I'm so happy. Now to give the house a deep clean. :)

Miguel serviced my home today, and he did an excellent job!!! I had a leak, so the walls had to be gutted. When Miguel finished, you wouldn’t think the wall was ever open. His professionalism, responsiveness, punctuality, and work quality was exceptional for the value. He said the job would take two days, and he was finished in two days. Great job! I would definitely hire him again.

Miguel refreshed the paint in our entire condo as we prepared the unit for future tenants. He also repaired the towel racks in one of the bathrooms and resealed/caulked all the tubs. All of this was completed within a day.
He was professional and worked directly with our property manager to setup and complete the work. I would certainly recommend his services, especially since we live in an area of DC where prices for such services get routinely marked up. Thanks, Miguel!
