On 8/16/21, my husband & I had several rooms of our home painted. Mr. Havier Medina was the Marketing and Oversight Manager from Osman Painting & Remodeling (OP&R) of Silver Spring @ 301-760-8744.
The painters were ardent professionals. They witnessed imperfections and repairs we were not aware of. You could tell the painters were not only skilled but enjoyed what they did. They were courteous and respectful of our home and never did anything that made us uncomfortable. In respect for our safety, they wore masks the entire time they worked in and around our home.
The painters worked tirelessly through the end. The finished job was artful. Now we have fresh beautiful rooms. They cleaned up after they were finished to perfection.
Mr. Havier impressed my husband & I as a man of integrity. He made a promise that his workers’ would produce and they did just that and more.
I would feel comfortable referring the OP&R to any of my family and associates. And added plus is that they have excellent prices for the good work they do. No haggling over price. No hard Sell! While I do not know if it is routine practice but if negotiated they perhaps can pick up the paint or materials for you at a discounted price.
We like the work they did so much, OP&R are among our ‘go to painters and remodeling company’ to sought out when we need certain work done.

Javier and his guys were very professional,and the job they did in my home was exceptional. I wouldn’t have any trouble recommending Javier or his guys. And the wallpaper installer did a fantastic job as well.

Patched a hole in the ceiling due to a leak above and patched another from a broken toilet paper holder. Then repainted the whole bathroom and hung everything back up. Took less than half a day. Wonderful work and his team left no mess behind. Will use them again in future projects!

Javier, the project manager reached out to me within minutes of my inquiry. We set up an estimate for the following day. He was prompt and professional in all of his communications. I was able to sign the contract electronically and quickly schedule to get the job done. The workers came in and did a high quality job. I would definitely use this company again.
