Juan and his crew did an excellent job fixing repairs and painting my apartment. Juan was quick with all correspondence and completed the job as fast as possible, but without sacrificing any accuracy or quality. I definitely plan to work with this company again.

We painted a house that was already painted in white and was clean. The painters did a great job of painting with our chosen colors. They finished in the time they had estimated. They came back and fixed a few spots here and there after the furniture was moved in. Highly recommended painters.

Had Brian and his team paint the stairwell to my condo building. They cleaned up the trim, fixed settlement cracks, and cleaned up the handrail. Outstanding communication between Brian and myself. He made the whole process easy and took the time to do the project right. Two days worth of work with 3 people. Primed, sanded, and 2 coats of paint. Their pricing was fair for the work that was done and they did a good job and everything looks great!

Juan and his team have done a lot of work in our house to repair work that was done incorrectly by a different contractor as well as new projects. He has repaired and replaced drains, tile, installed new flooring, painted, built shelves and a bench, added a second kitchen, added a shower head, added new lights, I could go on. Every job was discussed with our options, worked on with attention to the details, and cleaned up each day. We always felt, and still feel that he is committed to do the job right the first time at a fair price.

Every job is unique. However, we do enjoy price breaks on certain materials from our suppliers, and whenever possible we try to pass these cost savings along to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial consultation/interview - Ascertain the scope of the project, the client's needs and their preferences. - Present/Review an estimate with the client - Collect down payment and begin work - Make any necessary adjustments/complete job - Submit the final bill
