Charles provides an extremely personal experience with your property. He'll treat you like family. Communicating can sometimes be difficult because he does run the business himself, but he will get back to you within at least a day of leaving any message.

We had a very negative experience with Value 1 Property. We had them paint our entire house. Granted, we added some patching to the project, but what should have taken 2 weeks ended up taking over a month.The painters made a huge mess of our house and the paint job was sloppy and unprofessional. We had them touch up and redo many areas. One wall was 2 different paint colors instead of 1. By the end, we were so fed up with them and wanted them out of our house so my husband eventually finished the paint job. They were full of excuses, but in the end they didn't deliver a quality service. I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
