Carlos did an amazing job. The wallpaper was well aligned and you really have to look hard to find Seem. He was easy to do business with him very responsive to texts. The first day I had a arrive and he realized I didn’t have enough paper to complete the project. Ordered the paper and came back three days later. Did not charge me for the mishap on the first day. I felt his five out of five in terms of quality and pricing. Will hire next time if I have another project

Carlos was the consummate professional and expert. He was in constant communication leading up to the installation. During the install, he was very efficient and meticulous. The wallpaper looks amazing and he matched the lines perfectly. He even installed the extra wallpaper on the ceiling to complete the entire closet. On a personal level, he was incredibly amiable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend and will be hiring him for future jobs without a doubt!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price? Sometimes it could be a little beat complicate, I mean, I like have a competitive price but, of course, my work cannot be a gift but I know that the price need be reasonable. So, in general I have very well prices and discounts always, I´d like think that the customer is happy with the price and OF COURSE… with my quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the first see the project and talk with the customer about the budget, after we need agree with a date and that’s it.
