Carlos did a great job. The wallpaper looks really good with nearly invisible seams. He was incredibly patient and took the time to figure out if we had enough paper for the room, even though it was possible he wouldn't end up doing the work that day and getting paid. That made me really trust him. I'd hire him again for another job no question.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price? Sometimes it could be a little beat complicate, I mean, I like have a competitive price but, of course, my work cannot be a gift but I know that the price need be reasonable. So, in general I have very well prices and discounts always, I´d like think that the customer is happy with the price and OF COURSE… with my quality work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the first see the project and talk with the customer about the budget, after we need agree with a date and that’s it.
