I called John and he was at my home the next day with a new desktop computer. Now that's the type of professional I can deal with. He was efficient, pleasant and answered all my questions. I would definitely call him in the future if I had a requirement for computer work.

This father/son team has rescued us from the frustration of computer confusion many times over the past six years. They are so kind and so smart about both hardware and software and the integration of all our electronics, that they have become invaluable to us. Since we discovered them, computing has become fun and worry free for us. Don't know what we do would do without Jon and his genius son Dinesh.

I purchased a new HP computer and found I was not able to set it up. I called John. He answered immediately and came right away. He connected my old printer, speakers, and monitor. He configured the software and drivers to make everything work. He set up security and used my old hard drive to back up my system automatically. I would call him again in a minute if I have any more computer problems. His personal touch is much better than holding the phone for "tech support." His "in home help" saved my day!!! I trust him over well meaning friends who think they know computers.

John is a pleasure to work with. He held my hand while ordering a new laptop, updated and cleaned my PC, installed software, and set up our new printer. So nice to be able to print out documents from anywhere in the house.
