- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With M2K Junk Removal, we have an estimate in the app. We charge our customers based on the quantity and sometimes weight of their items. we're honest and accurate. But we make an effort for mutual satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I consider my customers like family. I always give them respect and trust through messages or calls and during the work day without distinction.

I studied y wherwwe we recycle all kinds of waste. Here in the United States, I worked with a company specializing in waste management.
