- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can book an appointment with us either online, by email or by phone, we'll come to your location at the appointment time and date to get done the job or take a look at what you want to get rid of. then we'll give you an accurate price and let you choose to proceed. we'll even sweep up after we're done! When receiving a call we will ask for : - Name and callback number -location of items -Ask about parking
