The driver was so disrespectful. We had a group of 8 ladies and when we came out to get into the limo bus he was on the phone and never bothered to help us get on the bus and we all had on evening gowns. It was my birthday and upon arrival to our destination my sister asked him to at least help me off the bus, he did get off the bus and stand at the door to the van but never helped us down the steps. At our location he let us out 2 blocks away stating that he couldn’t get closer which we knew was a lie. Before we left the restaurant we called him to tell him which street to pick us up from which was right in front of the restaurant and he indicated he didn’t know where it was. Just rude. In this day and age of GPS, he could have found the street. I would not use this service again.
