- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Effective Jan 2025 *Terms and conditions: 1. DEPOSITS a. A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of your reservation. b. Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation invoice will be issued. c. Deposits can be made through CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, PayPal, or Zelle. 2. CANCELLATIONS BY BOTH PARTIES a. If a client needs to cancel the service after booking, the deposit will be considered the cancellation fee. b. If a client needs to reduce the number of individuals in their party for any service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the outstanding balance will apply. c. If a client has paid the full amount and must cancel, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the total balance. d. If we are unable to attend the scheduled service, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided. a. Kindly inform us of any allergies or past reactions you may have experienced. If no such information is provided, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting damages or costs. b. Punctuality is crucial as time is valuable. Please ensure that scheduled times are strictly followed. c. We reserve the right to use any photos taken for promotional purposes, including on social media and our website. If you prefer otherwise, please let us know. 3A. TRAVEL FEES Upon consultation 3B. PARKING a. Paid valet parking is required in DC, Arlington, Baltimore, or any city venue, unless there is a parking lot located right next to the venue or hotel. b. Getting to know the client beforehand, asking questions about the type of makeup and hairstyle they are looking for and definitely listening to them.
