Alexander Morales was very responsive throughout the process and his team did everything they said they would do. The scope of the job ended up being more than I originally thought because I didn’t see some damage to my steps until I removed the doormat to prepare the area for him, but Isaac gave me a fair price to do the extra work as well.

They did a great job getting all the weeds out of my patio and putting in new sealant so hopefully weeds won’t come through again, and they shored up the stair flagstones that were starting to sink and now it is nice and even.
