We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to order ahead and then have to repeat your order upon arrival. I’d like to provide some context on what happened. Unfortunately, our receipt printer was accidentally damaged earlier that day during cleaning and stopped printing online orders about an hour later, even though the system was still accepting them. As a result, when you arrived, our staff was not immediately aware of your order and had to confirm it with you and prepare it on the spot. We understand this defeated the purpose of ordering ahead, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We’d love the opportunity to make this right. Your next meal is on us, and we hope it shows the level of service you can expect from us.
