Danny was very responsive to texts and phone calls. H kept in contact with his estimated time of arrival. He and his partner figured out how to get the sofa up the steps and into the apartment. They were determined. They were willing to take the side rail down to get the sofa to fit. They were being as careful as possible. My condo is in a older building in Baltimore City and there was about a 2 foot difference between the second floor landing ceiling and the 3rd floor landing ceiling. This made it a challenge to get the sofa up the last 6 steps. Their attitude during the challenging parts of the move was professional and calming. They communicated well with each other. They entertained each other's ideas on how to maneuver the sofa. The only thing that they did not do that I did not like is that they did not cover my sofa. They did not have anything to cover it with. I will hire them again and insist on that they purchase and use furniture covers.

Danny worked diligently to assemble the furniture. He could have had a little more attention to detail as some parts were assembled incorrectly or not assembled at all so we had to disassemble and reassemble it ourselves to fix the issue.
