Amanda was responsive, professional, friendly, and understanding of the circumstances. She responded right away, came when promised, was persistent in figuring out how to enter our confusing building, and did the job efficiently and in an upbeat and friendly manner. She was also kind and didn't bat an eye at having to work with my elderly father as he lay in bed. This was a tremendous help, very convenient - we couldn't have asked for better! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing per notarization is $4
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either the customer reaches out to me or I reach out to them. I discuss the documents that need notarization and then I give them a quote based on how many documents I'm notarizing and my travel fee. I service the greater Maryland area and my job is to provide white glove service and put you at ease during the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my noatry public commission from the state of Maryland which expires September 17th 2029. I am also a member of the National Notary Association where I received my certification as a Notary Signing Agent.
