Amanda was responsive, professional, friendly, and understanding of the circumstances. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing per notarization is $4
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either the customer reaches out to me or I reach out to them. I discuss the documents that need notarization and then I give them a quote based on how many documents I'm notarizing and my travel fee. I service the greater Maryland area and my job is to provide white glove service and put you at ease during the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my noatry public comission from the state of Maryland which expires October 7th 2024. I am also a member of the National Notary Association where I received my certification as a Notary Signing Agent.
