- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call to determine budget & menu options to adhere to that budget as well as collect a 50% deposit. Date & time and then the actual dinner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing meal prep for myself and others as a side project since 2010. Recently, a good friend of mine helped me take the leap from working in corporate/private kitchens into going into buisness for myself in the meal prep/private dining industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Bodybuilders/Powerlifters, Professional Athletes, People with dietary restrictions, and people that simply just want to celebrate a special event and do not want to cook.
