- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently charging $70 for project 5 hours or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always begins with a complimentary 15–30 minute consultation to understand your needs and goals. During this time, I’ll ask a few questions to learn more about your space and your challenges, and you’ll also have the opportunity to ask me anything about me, my approach, and how I work. This is not an interview, it’s a conversation. The goal is simply to get to know each other, talk through what you’re looking for, and explore how I can best support you in creating a space that works for your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have formal training in professional organizing, but organization has always been a natural strength of mine and a skill I've used successfully throughout my career and personal life. I believe that creating an organized, functional space doesn't have to be expensive or require a complete makeover. My goal is to work with what you already have whenever possible, helping you create systems that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle. If you'd like to refresh the look of your space with new products or a different aesthetic, I'm happy to help with that too. Every client is different, and I meet you where you are. Whether you're looking for a simple reset, better functionality, or a full transformation, we'll create a solution that fits your needs, goals, and budget.
