FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free phone consultation to all clients. In‑home consultation + personalized roadmap: $247 (paid in advance). Half‑day sessions (4 hours) start at $447, full‑day sessions (6 hours) at $547 (all paid in advance). Every session is designed to save you time, money, and stress by eliminating the hidden costs of disorganization — from duplicate purchases to wasted storage and daily frustration. We aim to use existing materials in your home so you don't have to spend on more organizing materials, but Stuff of Life can purchase or recommend organizing tools to support your project. All purchased materials are an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Stuff of Life, we take a holistic approach to organizing - understanding it's not just about the space, it's about the people in it and what works for you. We start with a free phone consultation to better understand your goals and areas of immediate concern. Clients can then then book an in-person consultation to walk through their home and brain dump all of their organizing goals - which we then turn into a written roadmap we send to you. At that time, Stuff of Life will assess how long we think the organizing process will take, and clients can book us for either 4 or 6-hour organizing sessions for one or more days. When you work with me, you get immediate relief and practical help to make life transitions feel lighter and more manageable. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most right now, while also creating space for the future you want to live.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Ultimate Professional Organizer (TM) and Certified Ultimate Home Stager (TM). I've also trained as a coach with the amazing women's coach, Tara Mohr - and completed her Playing Big Facilitators training in 2021 - so I bring a deliberate viewpoint that centers you and your goals, always with zero judgment. I'm also a volunteer peer mentor with Postpartum Support International, and I especially enjoy working with new moms and families.
