Athletic event or competition,
Julien is my personal training. I am extremely happy to have him as a trainer. I have actually lost wait and builded muscle within 3 months and learned some self defense moves. He tailors the workout routing base on you strength and ability than progress as your health improves. I'm grateful to have him as a trainer and I'm sure you will be also.May 12, 2015
I had the same personal trainer for over a dozen years so when she moved out of the area I had a great deal of trepidation about "starting over" with someone new. However, I should not have worried! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Julien a 10. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he also is able to craft an exercise program to suit your particular needs and age. I probably am one of Julien's older clients so I really do appreciate the fact that when we do an exercise he takes the time to explain in detail the purpose behind it. Plus, as an added bonus, his great sense of humor and conversational skills help make our workout sessions more fun. J.P., BethesdaMay 13, 2015

Private Self Defense Lessons
Julien is a very understanding trainer, I felt very comfortable while I was working out with him. He explained explicitly what the various types of exercises would do for me, especially cause I needed to improve on my strength and flexibility. Communication is great, as he checks up on my daily health routine. So far, I am pleased.Jul 3, 2015Verified
I've been training with Julien about two years now. It began as an at home training experience, and sometimes we would meet at the gym and do some weight training. Many times we worked out at a local park. I've enjoyed working out with Julien because of the sometimes unorthodox exercises that he would do. I lost a lot of weight working with him, and increased my 5k race pace. I enjoy that he draws inspiration from many disciplines such as yoga, meditation, martial arts, weight training, parkour, etc. I think if he had his own gym in a centrally located place it would be awesome. In his gym, he could have jungle-gym inspired equipment in addition to weight training equipment, so we could have a gym (indoors) that would support his style of training. As he grows, perhaps this is what will happen one day :)May 27, 2015
