Adam has been a great personal trainer. He is very accommodating, whether I need him to be at my house or meet me at the gym, he always shows up on time and ready to train me. He keeps our exercises fresh and creative, so I never get bored. He also has good, realistic nutritional advice that I can actually use. All in all, a great trainer!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am constantly reading new articles I find that are related to fitness. You can never know enough about different techniques and exercises.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I realized that I wanted to become a personal trainer when a friend who never worked out in his life started going to the gym with me. Witnessing his progress physically and emotionally in person made me believe that I can help others make positive changes in their life.
