I would definitely recommend Tyler as your personal trainer after my experience working with him! As someone who struggles with body image issues and the case of “I can’t”’s, he is perfect for reminding me that I am capable of working out and staying consistent. He also reminds me it’s about how I feel not how I look, which gives me confidence to continue working hard and pushing myself to feel my best. He has clear direction of each work out and explains the benefits of each one which is motivating as well! I will continue to work with him - as I see a difference and feel stronger all around. Highly recommend Sterling Health & Fitness 🙌🏻

Tyler is an excellent trainer and has done an outstanding job of designing a program around my previous sports injuries. The program is always changing and I look forward to each and every workout. It’s great to see someone so dedicated to his craft. I highly recommend Tyler.

Tyler is professional, personable, and effective. He is consistently on time, always prepared with a workout in hand, and able to adapt based on circumstances. Due to restrictions at the fitness facility at my complex, Tyler has been able to create in-home workouts that are challenging and dynamic. He is encouraging and pushes me to perform at my best level. I highly recommend Tyler as a trainer.

Tyler is fantastic! He really listened to me and what I wanted to accomplish and has been teaching me how to stay fit without a gym. I really enjoy working with him and highly recommend him.
