First, let me say this; I'm 50 years old [in 5 months], never had a personal trainer and am so glad I'm working with Rashid. Not only are my fitness goals being met, but Rashid's regiment is an exercise in grueling motivation and dogged persistence for the first time for me. I respond to his constant encouragement, as well as his steely resolve to get me to not only finish, but to push harder. I hired Rashid as a personal trainer several months ago. He was considerate, consistent, and results driven. We discussed my goals and it appeared he was more determined than myself to meet my goal. I did meet my goal partially, only because I was unable to continue my training because of personal circumstances. I trust that if I had continued I would have met my goal. I highly recommend Rashid as a personal trainer.

Rashid is a consummate professional. He’s the perfect mix of patience and understanding of a person [like me] who wants to get to the next level in their workout goals. There are days that I truly didn’t think I had it in me to do. Rashid is able to help me draw strength from places I didn’t know that I have! But overall, I have to say it’s his positive attitude that’s so AMAXING! He’s so nice that I feel bad for complaining...when I say “ I can’t!” He says “you can.” After each work out he reminds me that I fought and I won! He’s a great guy and very knowledgeable about body mechanics and exercises designed to help me reach my fitness goals!
