The moments I am able to capture with my camera are of the utmost quality. For me, photography isn't about taking pictures, but about making connections with people, and getting their stories. My business is more than just creating a product; it's capturing the essence of my client, and telling their story the way they want to remember it. I love working with people. More than working with them, I enjoy capturing the beautiful moments they create for themselves. I loved working with Abby. I felt at ease posing for pictures and she had lots of good ideas for helping me look natural on camera. She has a good eye for lighting and backgrounds and the actual shoot was comfortable and productive. On top of her expertise behind the camera, she's also a superb editor. Personally, Abby is a positive person and made herself available for any questions. Knowledgable and professional. I should also add that Abby took the opportunity to catch some candid shots of members of my family, and they are gems!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing consists of the photo session and all post production edits to each chosen photo.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once my client and I have established a date and time, I'll send a follow up message to confirm the day before. Once we are both at the location, I like to follow up with my clients by making sure I understand the type of photos they need and any particular shots or poses they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received several Certificates of Completion from Lynda Library including Child Photography, Composition, Studio Portraiture, Wedding Photography, Natural Light Photography and Flash Photography, among others. Aside from my constant pursuit to retain more certifications, I am a self-taught photographer.
