- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Affordable pricing structure that focuses on service. We do not up sale you by offering packages, but rather focus on your requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process includes the followings: - Discussing requirements for your photo shoot, wedding or event - Submit contract and detail agreed upon requirements - Provide you with a welcome package that provides general information regarding your photography session (do's and don'ts). If your event is a wedding, I will provide you with preparation information for photographing your wedding. - 50% deposit, remainder due at delivery of the final product. - Accept credit cards as a convenience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of the WPPI (Wedding Portrait Photography International), participating in trade shows and technique classes.
