FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always based on the specific job. We look at the size of the surface, how long it's been since the last clean, and what we're working with — concrete, wood, siding, brick — before we ever give a number. We don't believe in quoting low just to get the job and then surprising you at the end. What we quote is what you pay, period. We also take care of repeat customers and neighbors in the same area. Just ask and we'll work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is listen. We'll ask you a few questions about what you're looking to get done, assess the space either in person or through photos, and give you a straightforward quote with no fluff. Once we're booked, we show up on time, we do the work right, and we make sure you're satisfied before we pack up and leave. Our customers consistently tell us they appreciate how smooth and stress free the whole process is from the first message to the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've spent the last several years mastering this trade through real hands on experience, which is where the most valuable knowledge actually comes from. We understand water pressure, the right cleaning solutions for different surfaces, and exactly when to use soft washing versus high pressure so nothing gets damaged in the process. We've worked on everything from delicate wood decks to heavy duty commercial concrete and that depth of experience is what separates us from someone just picking up a wand for the first time.
