Kristina responded immediately to our request to check our filter, clean the filter cylinders and get the filter meters to run properly. She then cleaned the pool thoroughly and brought the ph and chlorine to their proper levels. She performed her work professionally and was easy to communicate with.
I made an appointment with Skim LLC to come out and clean my pool filter. When they didn’t show up at the scheduled time I texted to ask if they were still coming. I got no response. After over an hour I texted again to ask if they would let me know if they were coming or not. Again I got no response. I never heard from them. Terrible experience.
