I am very impressed with this team’s prompt and quality workmanship, as well as above and beyond maintenance services to prevent potential water leaks that wasn’t covered in the contract scope. They did it above and beyond without asking. Trust me, you will not be sorry to hire Sergio to do your roof for either repair and maintenance, or total replacement. They have the proper ladder and equipment to do the work for a three story townhome. I referred this company to my neighbors because I was satisfied with their quality delivered workmanship, particularly the replacement of the old ridge vent that prone to water leaks during heavy rains.

We had a roof leak underneath our roof deck. Team was extremely responsive (came out to do a temporary fix same-day) and provided a lot of options for the repair. They removed the roof deck entirely, added a new roof, and put the original roof deck back on. Looks great and now weathering all the rain extremely well, I recommend!

Thank you Sergio for doing an excellent job on my roofing repairs on short notice. There was a roof leak that I urgently needed repaired because it was coming through the attic and ceiling of the house. I appreciate you understanding the urgency and explaining in details the steps you were taking to make the repairs. Then advising as to my next steps especially since the roof is old and requires replacement. The price for the repairs was reasonable and the price quoted for the replacement was a great deal. I definitely recommend Sergio and his team for your roofing repairs and will definitely be using him in the future especially because he has other specialties as well.

Sergio and his company did an incredible job. They were extremely professional in keeping me updated with the status/progress of the roof. Whenever I texted Sergio, he would respond back promptly. Additionally, Sergio and his team also were very accommodating as they put a temporary fix in place on my roof prior to fixing it. Sergio also provided me with a decent price to repair the entire roof. I would highly recommend anyone to use Sergio and his team!
