Sergio and his crew did a great job both inside and out. The roofing team replaced rotten wood, flashing and shingles all while the interior team repaired the ceiling. Everything was completed in the morning, and no more leaks in the afternoon when it rained. Good work and good value!

The work quality is also top notch from this company I just couldn’t select more than 3 things about it that were outstanding. The photos might give you an idea. The problem with our porch overhang was that it developed a leak and this let rainwater soak through the structure. It resulted in some rotted wood inside and mold growth. Anyway as you can see they restored it to original condition replacing the metal roof with asphalt on top of a waterproof membrane. They also replaced the rotted wood inside. This was all done in 3 days from the time I first contacted Sergio to completion. To be clear the work itself only was 6 hours. A professionally drafted detailed invoice was sent prior to the work. We even could select what color we wanted for the roof! Which we didn’t care about as it’s just a side roof that no one sees but still. Finally perhaps most important, the cost was easily half what the closest competitor was quoting and for less time too (the next closest was saying it would take a week to get on their schedule and then one or two days to do the work). Simply no downside here. Honestly. Can’t say a thing bad about Sergio and his company.

I called Sergio and he gave me an estimate that same day. He was upfront with the costs and I felt that he knew what he was doing. No doubt, he was professional, punctual and very detailed. My roof was very old and he restored it to new condition. But there were two things that stuck out about him that really made working with him enjoyable. 1. His work was very impressive. He was on the worksite, sometimes working with his crew. Not just being a boss but a co-worker to his team. 2. I was sick with Covid and every time we talked, he asked me how I was doing. Just showing that he cared. I have to say his work is great, his team was great and my roof looks great!!! Thank you Sergio
