These folks were simply unbelievable! I actually secured 4 estimates for a friend or needed a new roof. Before I showed them the quotes, I asked them to rate the proposals, independent of cost. It turns out that E&E was the preferred vendor and when I told them that E&E also had the lowest Quote, they were ecstatic! E&E set a date for our replacement. When rain was eminent prior to the work, they sent out a crew who did temporary caulking, at no cost! Ultimately the roof was replaced in a single half day to include a new gutter and downspout. The roof was bad so we expected some up charge to the final cost. There was NONE‼️ Simply put, there is no way that anyone could expect a better experience. Armando and his crew were professional, prompt and did a heck of a job. Definitely 5-stars plus!

I had a great experience working with E&E Contracting. After storm damage and a tree falling on my house, I needed a new roof, window replacements, and repairs to my deck. I got quotes from several companies, but E&E stood out right away. Armando was the main reason I went with them. He was professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the project, and never made me feel like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. It really felt like he cared about doing the job right. The work itself came out excellent. The roof looks solid, the new windows were installed properly, and the deck repairs were clean and sturdy. The crew was respectful, showed up on time, and did quality work from start to finish. It’s rare to find a contractor who’s not just skilled, but also genuinely trustworthy. Armando and his team made a stressful situation much easier, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Armando, i am new home owner, they guided me very well, very professional. Armando give me very very reasonable prices and responsibly completed the project. The best part of the service is, i called them after the project completion to redo some caulking as per my wish and they did that too. Highly recommended for roofing, windows work.
