Just completed a fairly large and complicated repair on a building in downtown DC involving siding and rooftop structural repairs. I have to say, E&E Contracting was INCREDIBLE — James in particular. Form the moment I requested a quote, James kept in touch with me, provided honest assessments, and always had photos and evidence for each item that needed work. Of course, I obtained quotes from several, and even the quote process was painful, with the exception of E&E Contracting. Called me after inspecting the unit and had actual photographs to discuss. The work was timely, and James ensured that we were able to keep costs down wherever possible. 6 out of 5 stars! Honestly, this is the best experience with a contractor I’ve ever had.

We had a roof leak and got 7 estimates before hiring E & E Contracting. So many companies were trying to sell us a whole new roof, even though ours is only 6 years old. Armando was the one who actually explained why the leak happened instead of just pushing an expensive replacement. He fit us in quickly to get the repair done before the next rain, handled both the roof and the ceiling repair, and kept us informed the whole way through. Great communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend.
