I hired Marcha Carpentry to power wash my house and deck and to stain the deck. There were also a couple of loose boards to secure. They were punctual and efficient. After they power washed my house, I noticed two of my window screens were torn. I texted them about it. When they returned to stain the deck, they removed the damaged screens and installed new ones on the spot.
