Our 1928 rowhouse in Glover Park in DC that we owned for 30 years has had extensive upgrades. The las big thing we needed was a new roof.
We had other roofers come out and do a free inspection and were supposed to give us an estimate. They never got back to us. WE assumed that they were not interested, or the work was to be done.
Martin came out and inspected. Then showed us photos and explained the options and what they recommended for our roof. They gave us an estimate on the spot describing what and how they would do and a schedule that worked for us.
They showed up right on time and went right to work. We were given frequent updates and showed us pictures of the progress. The Forman and crew were very friendly and professional. They were neat and tidy even cleaning our skylight as a bonus.
I highly recommend them.

IF I COULD RATE O I WOULD .
MARTIN ROOFING CAME OUT ON NOVEMBER 3 2023 To fix 2 small LEAKS. THE OWNER GEORGE AND HE’S BROTHER AND FOREMAN SEBASTIAN.
THEY CAME IUT NOVEMBER 3 2023 AND DOENT 1:30 HOURS ON ROOF SAID THE WATERPROOF IT AND FIXED LEAKS.
IT RAINED ON NOV 21 2023 I IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE OWNER GEORGE OF THE LEAK IN THE SAME AREAS. ON NOV 22 223 HE SENT SEBASTIAN AND HE WENT ON ROOF WITOUT ANT TOOLS, ETC CAME DOW IN 25 MINS ABD SAID THE LEAKS WERE FIXED. GAVE ME S LAME STORY IT WAS THE SIDE OF ROOF LEAKING AND GIXED THEM ALL. I ASKED FOR PICTURES SAID HE WILL SEND THENM IN A FEW MINS NO PICTURES WERE SENT OF THE TOOF BUT THE SIDE OF BUILDING WHICH MADE NO SENSE.
November 10,11 2O23 IT HAS BEEN RAINING. MY ROOF HAS BEEN LEAKING FIR 2 DAYS POURING OUT. NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY ROOF. I WAS RIPPED OFF .
I AM WOMAN THAT WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY. WOMAN BE CAREFUL FOR THESE EVIL CONTRACTORS. I DEMANDED PICTURES THEY GAVE ME FAKE PICTURES OF MY NEIGHBOR. I WAS CHARGED $3,000 FOR 2 SMALL LEAKS. I WANT A FULL REFUND. WHAT GOES AROUNF COMES AROUND. THEY WILL NEVER PROSPER TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THAT. VENGEANCE IS MINE THUS SAID THE LORD.

I discussed with this customer that her roof really needed to be replaced this roof was beyond repair and the owner insisted it be repaired. We done extensive repair work that wasn’t charged to make sure I could buy her extra life expectancy out of the roof and coated the roof I sent her before and after pictures of the work that took place and customer was more then satisfied apon completion of work. I would never do something like that to a customer my name is my business and my reputation means to much to me.
