Reattached a downspout that detached from home after backup snowmelt froze inside of it. Downspout from 2nd floor to ground of a DC townhouse with two S curves in it (total 5 lengths -- including curves -- of downspout). Got the job done and what I appreciated the most was his ease/low-key manner and ability to squeeze my project into the schedule.
