I was very impressed and pleased with William and his team's work. Once we agreed to move forward, they arrived at my house on time and completed my repairs in a very efficient manner. I found the estimate I was provided with to be fair and more importantly, once they were on site, I was not up-sold or pressured into feeling like I had to have any additional or unneeded work done. I am very grateful for his honesty and their willingness to work in the cold weather to ensure my gutters were repaired in time for the blizzard that is predicted to hit the area this weekend. As a result, I will be keeping William in mind for other future home renovation work I am looking to have completed during the Spring of 2016.

Reattached a downspout that detached from home after backup snowmelt froze inside of it. Downspout from 2nd floor to ground of a DC townhouse with two S curves in it (total 5 lengths -- including curves -- of downspout). Got the job done and what I appreciated the most was his ease/low-key manner and ability to squeeze my project into the schedule.
