Great service and we would hire again. Ameha responded to our Saturday request and offered to help us replace two smoke detectors on high ceilings the next day (Sunday). He provided his estimate upfront during the initial outreach and that’s what we paid via one of the many payment methods he accepts. He advised us on which smoke detectors to purchase to have them ready for the appointment. He kept us informed of his ETA. When his schedule was slightly delayed, he alerted us of his via the app messages and he kept us informed when he was nearby. He was very respectful of us, our home, and our time. He completed both installations rather quickly, explained what he was doing, and tested it before departing. Btw, this was our first project using Thumbtack. We were initially concerned given our past bad experiences using Angie’s List. Our experience with Ameha was so positive that we’ll likely be back to try another project soon.
