I recently completed a bathroom renovation in D.C. with Gary from Superior Solutions by Design, and I am truly blown away by the results and the experience. As a first-time homeowner, I was pretty new to renovations, and Gary was an absolute lifeline. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through every single detail and step of the process, ensuring I never felt rushed or confused. What really impressed me was his accessibility; Gary was incredibly quick to respond to questions, which gave me total peace of mind throughout the entire project. The execution of the renovation was flawless, thanks in large part to his foreman, Ramon. The team brought such wonderful, positive energy to the project every day. Ramon’s eye for detail is unmatched. He struck a perfect balance of providing expert input—whether it was advising on the ideal height for sconces or the best finish for the ceiling paint—while always ensuring my voice and vision were paramount. The guys were incredibly meticulous, taking the time to perfectly space every tile, ensure every bit of trim was seamless, and all fixtures perfectly level and aligned. And they were so careful about cleanup that I swear they left my place cleaner than they found it every day. The final result is simply stunning, and not only did they stay on schedule, they somehow managed to finish a day and a half early. I truly adored this team. They made what I expected to be a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. They are the rare combination of quick, efficient, highly knowledgeable, and deeply kind professionals. I cannot recommend Superior Solutions by Design highly enough for any homeowner in the D.C. area, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

The space was tiny, the budget limited, and my stress levels were high. Then came Gary and his team — Jose and Fernando — and everything changed. From the first conversation, Gary treated our situation with compassion, creativity, and care. He listened deeply, understood our needs, and worked with me closely to find solutions that would maximize accessibility in an incredibly tight space. He never once made me feel like I was asking for too much — instead, he treated the project like it was for someone in his own family. Their creativity blew me away — transforming a small closet into a beautiful, fully accessible shower space, complete with thoughtful details that truly make a difference. The work was done on time, on budget, and always with warmth and integrity. In fact, the bathroom came in so reasonably priced that I was able to stretch the budget and ask Gary to help with installing new lighting and even building a small closet — which they took on with the same enthusiasm and excellence as the main project.
