When my husband’s Parkinson’s progressed and we realized he could no longer safely manage the stairs, I knew I needed to build an accessible bathroom on our first floor. The space was tiny, the budget limited, and my stress levels were high. Then came Gary and his team — Jose and Fernando — and everything changed. From the first conversation, Gary treated our situation with compassion, creativity, and care. He listened deeply, understood our needs, and worked with me closely to find solutions that would maximize accessibility in an incredibly tight space. He never once made me feel like I was asking for too much — instead, he treated the project like it was for someone in his own family. Their creativity blew me away — transforming a small closet into a beautiful, fully accessible shower space, complete with thoughtful details that truly make a difference. The work was done on time, on budget, and always with warmth and integrity. In fact, the bathroom came in so reasonably priced that I was able to stretch the budget and ask Gary to help with installing new lighting and even building a small closet — which they took on with the same enthusiasm and excellence as the main project. These three men didn’t just build a bathroom — they brought peace of mind, comfort, and dignity to our home. Gary, Jose, and Fernando are now my people for life. Gary was absolutely easy to work with and was very patient when it came to understanding the needs of my parents and explaining his options. I really appreciated Gary's ability to pivot based on our updated wants and his team (Ramon & colleagues)'s workmanship was impeccable. Somehow they were able to demo, install a shower, tile all the way to the ceiling, and re-do the plumbing all in 3 days and my house was completely clean after each work day. They worked with us to adjust the plan based on my parents feedback and their quality is top notch. 100% recommend.

From the very beginning Gary and his crew knew exactly the type and quality of work I wanted and expected and they delivered. Not only were they efficient, professional and fun to work with but the price was very competitive. They guys worked hard and any minor issues that came up they were willing and able to offer solutions to keep the job moving. They took excellent care to clean up after each days work which included sweeping, vacuuming or mopping up after themselves when need and left my home in good condition.
