Our deck is 18 years old and needed some minor wood replacement and refinishing. We also needed some minor brick cleaning. We got bids from deck specialists and painting contractors. Carlton and Sam came to our home and quickly assessed our options for refurbishing the deck and cleaning our brick. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They gave us reasonable options and pricing.
We do a lot to maintain our house, are fairly meticulous and wanted quality work. We had them remove the old finish, replace some deck wood, sand the horizontal surfaces and stain. I have to say, I was impressed by their management of the project, quality of materials, staff and quality of work. They were also very helpful in helping us choose a stain color. We couldnt have done better. My conclusion is: nice honest people, high-quality work, on time, reasonable price.

Carlton and his fellow worker, Oscar, just finished cleaning, sanding, and refinishing my deck ALL BY HAND. They did not use spray but applied the coats by hand. It was labor intensive and a bit more expensive but it was worth every penny. They used Armstrong oil -based wood stain on the deck and waited for 2 dry days before applying the stain so that it would be done properly. I highly recommend them and will plan to use them again.

Carlton did a great job cleaning the siding and concrete walkway of my townhouse. He was prompt, thorough, and totally easy to work with. Next time I need my deck or siding cleaned, I'll be sure to call Carlton!

These guys did a great job stripping and refinishing our back deck. It looks as good or better than when new. Price was reasonable. They came when they said they would; wokred neatly; cleaned up well. Really couldn't have asked for anything else
