Never ask for all the money upfront. Never tell a client if you can’t pay all of the quote upfront “to leave you alone”.
Realize all landlords do not live in Washington DC. They can’t meet in person. Be open to meeting with property managers or doing Zoom calls. And don’t be RUDE.
