Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Small services such as evaluations or stamped letters are typically flat-fee, while larger designs are priced based on required calculations and drawings. All pricing is discussed upfront, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the project details, photos, and any existing plans to understand the scope. If needed, I perform a site visit. I then provide a clear scope, fee, and timeline. Once approved, I complete the engineering work and deliver the required stamped documents or drawings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s d\Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, and I am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Maryland. I have over 12 years of experience in structural design, construction inspection, and project management, working on residential and public infrastructure projects.
