Highly recommended.
The PM renovation company was hired to do hardwood flooring and painting for my home with requirement to complete the job in tight schedule deadline. The PM company was able to meet my schedule deadline with quality workmanship. Most of all, the cost to complete the projects is inexpensive compare to others contractors who provided cost estimates.

Juan did a fantastic job of painting. He was definitely five out of five for work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality. We were very impressed. I even sent an email to him in the early morning and he promptly responded... at 6:23a.m. How was that for a contractor response? We will definitely be using him again.

Juan did great work when he got to doing it. We had some troubles with communication and scheduling, and a snafu with his truck. All in all, though, I'm pleased with my floor!
