Troy Williams videotaped our wedding and reception. Troy did a fantastic work. He made our wedding memorable. His price was very reasonable. He showed up early to set up. The video he presented us was very high quality. Troy was there but didn't interrupt us in any way. We would use him in a heart beat.

Troy is very professional. He is also very punctual. He arrived on time and did a very good job. We all enjoyed the highlight video and the raw footage. I bothered him just like I would bother my own elder brother for whatever I need..😄 But he patiently did everything I wanted him to do. Also, I had a limited budget but he was kind enough to give me a quote based on my budget. He is very gentle. I highly recommend Troy for videography. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all-inclusive. There are no hidden fees and I pride myself on providing high-quality videography services at an affordable price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first conversation either by email, text, or phone. I try to get as much initial information regarding their project or event. (Dates, times, locations), I document any special requests they may have and I openly answer all their questions.
I'll then work up a service agreement outlining every detail we discussed and the final agreed upon fee. I'll email the agreement to my customer for their approval and sign off.
Once I arrive on location, depending on the event I will locate my point of contact to go over any last minute details or I simply get to work capturing memories.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly researching the latest developments in editing software, and cameras. I regularly attend cinematography seminars to learn the latest shooting and lighting techniques. I believe education is key to staying current in my craft.
