Out of everyone I contacted for help Casey and Team were the most informed. They were patient with me while I inundated them with questions. Their input was valuable in that they explained all the possible reasons that could be causing my humidity issues. They made excellent recommendations so I could determine appropriate next steps before I spent any money unnecessarily (with them or anyone else). They built my trust with one conversation. 2025 was a banner year for my home in Damascus, Maryland.The exterior was completely updated through the help of FEATHERFALL Restoration.We had a crazy hailstorm in my area mid-May, a couple weeks later Casey Hale knocked on my door.He explained that my aluminum siding showed signs of damage from the hail and asked if Id like to look with him.It turned out that there was a lot of damage that I was unaware of, not just on the siding but on my relatively new roof as well.Once I gave the go ahead, he, Kayla Cain and their team took ownership of the project and put together a comprehensive report with photo documentation and worked directly with my insurance company.Casey and Kayla answered every question I had in detail, kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even came out to personally inspect the work after it was completed.End result is my home has a new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts and even a new hot tub cover!Hats off to Casey, Kayla, and the rest of the team at FEATHERFALL Restoration.

Most of our work is through insurance for storm damage related issues, which means many customers pay very little out of pocket for full roof or siding replacements. It’s a great way to get the work you need done without a major upfront cost
We also offer retail services for those not going through insurance. Depending on your location, there may be discounts or local incentives available. Give me a call, then my assistant will set a time for us to chat and what options are available to make your project as affordable as possible
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with identifying whether your home is in an area affected by recent storms. Once we confirm that, I’ll conduct a thorough inspection to check for legitimate damage and assess your home’s needs. From there, we’ll talk about the best solutions to move forward; whether it’s repairing, replacing, or upgrading your exterior
