Ramon and his crew improved several long standing drainage issues on our property by installing a drainage pipe to the edge of our property and including a catchment basin and connecting our gutters as well as grading around our property and installing drains and a timber egress window well around our large basement window. He also put a small metal well and graded around a small window at grade. I had put off this drainage problem for some time because I knew it would be a lot of work and was sure it would cost a lot of money and/or take a lot of time but it became an emergency when we installed a larger window in our basement and were unable, for various reasons, to get a well installed with a workable shortterm solution of trying to use a well cover, gravel base and good grading to keep the well from filling with water during our torrential rains. Mr. Mendoza gave me a very reasonable price and he and his crew had the project complete in 2 days. I am so happy looking at this project... I had been thinking about it for so long and it is such a relief to finally have our property protected. Civil Engineering and water resources is my professional field as well and I am very impressed with Mr. Mendoza's knowledge and common sense approach (did not try to sell me anything I didn't need) and also enjoyed interacting with him and his crew.

Ramon did a superb job. He was extremely responsive and came to look at my house and gave me the quote the very next day after I posted on Thumbtack. He was extremely kind and detail-oriented and he clearly puts the customer's satisfaction first in all his work. He wanted to make sure I was getting just what I wanted. After we negotiated the scope of work of bit, he gave me an extremely fair price. He was able to start right away and was really easy to work with. He checked in about the direction of the project when it was necessary, but not when it wasn't, and he was almost always around to answer any questions I had. He did a very thorough a detailed job completely remaking my row-home back yard, with all new concrete and a new wood deck. I was extremely pleased.
