I am a visual artist and needed specific photography of very fragile works on paper with an emphasis on saturated color and surface textures. I was extremely pleased with the result: clean sharp images that show my work at its best. Adam worked very professionally: he came to my studio, brought all equipment with him, took his time to set it all up, made several tests and allowed me to see the results on a computer until I was satisfied with the lighting and faithfulness to the original colors. I had my works photographed before by other profesionals, but I have never had such results. The work was delivered in 24 hours to my full satisfaction. Adam is a reliable, easy to work with professional photographer whom I recommend highly. I will surely ask him again to take photgraphs of my art work. I strongly recommend him. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I am not the cheapest and I'm not the most expensive. I deliver high quality, consistent work and my customers see great value in working with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We'll start with a complimentary consultation so I can understand your project and we can see if we are a good fit. From there, I have a quick worksheet that will help us both get clarity on your goals and objectives. When we decide to work together I'll send an electronic proposal and an invoice. The payment schedule is 50% up front, 30% upon substantial completion, and the remaining 20% when we "go live."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Adam brings to the table 20+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, digital media, and project management. He’s been a go-to resource for D.C.-area businesses in need of smart, well-designed solutions. Web design, SEO and social media are particular strengths, each delivered with Adam’s trademark collaborative, consultative style. An added creative plus: Adam is a PPA Certified Professional Photographer, as well as a certified PMI Project Management Professional. He serves on the boards of the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce and the Maryland chapter of the Professional Photographers of America.
