Juan is a really nice guy and officiates a great wedding! The 4 stars is only because I did have to do a lot of reminding for our meet-up over FaceTime, requests to see a script, rehearsal dates, etc. He doesn't do deposits or contracts, which would have left me feeling far more secure if he had. Instead, I was concerned that he might cancel due to the frequent need for reminders and that's not really something a bride should have to do when hiring a vendor. Trust is something I place in friends/ family, less so in business.
