- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Some products are hourly rates and others are flat fees. We are always willing to discount for church groups and individuals who serve our nation and communities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal interaction is what we love. We want the product to have personality and the best way to do that is to know you as much as we are able. In other words, lunch is on us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have two employees with almost 2 decades of combined experience working in our product line.
