I first want to apologize if you feel we did not meet your expectations of being on time and hope that this was just a miscommunication between us. Upon looking up your records, I do have that we had you scheduled between 8 AM and 12 PM on June the 2nd. However, your request was cancelled at 11:02 AM either because we couldn't get in touch with you or you had already had the work completed by another contractor. We give free estimates and we won’t perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As 5th generation plumbers, we specialize in all types of drains and have our own in-house drain cleaning training center for our technicians where we hold weekly sessions and mandatory safety training.
