- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I tier my prices based on amount of hours booked, so my hourly rate decreases for larger time blocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a quote and then ask about expectations - How many guests? Is there a theme? If the job is a fit, I send a simple 1 page contract for signature and field any questions that might come up before the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constant practice (for fun and on the job) and face painting classes.
