I called to set an appointment for mold inspection on June 19th 2019. We agreed for the mold inspection date for June 26th 2019 at 12:00 pm. When June 26th came at 12:00 there was a no show. At 12:15 pm I called to see if they were still coming out for the mold inspection and they told me that they were not going to come out today. They advised me to just get a dehumidifier. So I told them that I have been waiting for someone to come out for an appointment that was made a week prior and now your telling me that your not coming. They said that they were going to call me back but no call back and a no show. They didn’t even call to reschedule, no sorry for the inconvenience or anything. If they are unprofessional in the beginning, they will be unprofessional in the end. Future Customers beware!!!

After one year and two months you just decided to respond to my review? That's unprofessional and you just proved my point. I hired another company to check for mold when your company didn't show, I actually had mold in the my basement. But your company told me to get a dehumidifier when I had an appointment for you to come out. SMH! Nobody ever said to me that one of your workers had a medical emergency. lying!!! Future Customers still beware of this company!!!
